   CANSkate 

          • Register for sessions under "CanSkate"
          • Skate Canada Learn-to-skate program (appropriate for hockey, ringette, figure skating and recreational skating)
          • Stages 1-6 with focus on balance, control, and agility on ice
          • Skaters must be between 3 years old on July 1, 2026 and under the age of 18 on July 1, 2026
          • Registered skaters must wear a certified hockey helmet. Skaters without a proper certified helmet will not be permitted on the ice.
          • Helmet cages are required for PreSchool skaters
          • Hockey or figure skates are permitted

   STARSkate 

          • Register for sessions under "StarSkate" 
          • Skate Canada Figure skating program
          • Junior Stars - Please contact prior to registering
          • Intermediate and Senior stars - must have a base coach and meet criteria as listed on the STARSkate brochure

 

Skate Canada fee of $63.70 is required to participate in any program and is non-refundable. 

This fee includes registration with Skate Canada, Safe Sport Initiative Fee, and Accident insurance.

This fee is only charged once per skater, per year (valid Sept 2026 to Aug 2027)
