Program Description:

CanSkate is Canada’s only national learn-to-skate program and is designed to prepare skaters for virtually all on-ice sports. The CanSkate program focuses on fun, participation and skill development and gives skaters the opportunity to achieve, succeed and earn incentives and recognition for their work. Program Description:

BEGINNER SKATERS - All CanSkate sessions include reserved spaces for children ages 3 (on January 1, 2018) and age 4. Lessons are in a play-based group format using age-appropriate activities. This group begins with a 5 minute off-ice warm up in the dressing room and various on-ice games, activities and circuits. When preschoolers finish Stage 1 they may be moved into the mainstream program at the discretion of the coaching staff.  
PreSchool skaters must wear a face-mask/cage on their helmets.
